Our small group classes are the perfect solution for those looking to take control of their health and fitness. With a maximum of 6 people per group, you’ll get the individualized attention and instruction you need to safely and effectively reach your goals. Our certified trainers are here to support and motivate you every step of the way, ensuring that you have the knowledge and confidence to make sustainable, long-lasting changes to your health and fitness.

Small group classes may be slightly more expensive than larger group classes due to the smaller class size and increased instructor-to-student ratio. Our members prefer small group because of the extra attention they receive.
